A flat on the top floor of an old 1960s building that used to house a fabric workshop, which has been converted and changed for a new use. The penthouse is characterised by a wooden roof with a mixed wood and metal structure. The large living area is characterised by a sliding system in metal and glass that allows the kitchen area and the hallway to be insulated and screened off, by means of a track that runs the entire length of the living area.
