an attic flat of approximately 110 m² obtained from the renovation of an attic previously used as a children's play area, for hanging clothes and as a storage room. after spending several decades elsewhere for work reasons, he decided to return to his place of origin, in fermo, and to turn that attic into his new home, just before the start of the health emergency.
