NAVIGATION DATA

The computer systems and software used for the operation of the site https://www.francesco-valentini.com/ (the “Site”) collect certain personal data, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI - Uniform Resource Identifier - addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code relating to the status of the response from the server - successful, error, etc. - and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, by its nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used for ascertaining liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site.

 

DATA PROCESSED, PROVISION AND REFUSAL

No provision of personal data by the user is required in order to consult the Site. However, any contact with the Controller, e.g. through the customer service, or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages, by electronic or traditional mail, to the addresses indicated on the Site entail the subsequent acquisition of the address, including e-mail, of the sender or of the relative telephone number, necessary for replying to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the relative communications. The provision of personal data in these ways is optional, but please note that failure to provide such data may make it impossible for Architects to respond to your requests.

 

MODE OF TREATMENT

The processing of the data shall be carried out by personnel appointed by the Data Controller using procedures, technical and IT tools suitable for protecting the confidentiality and security of your data and shall consist of the collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of the data, including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

 

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

The Personal Data provided by users who voluntarily register or send requests for information material (newsletters, answers to queries, etc.) are used in order to perform the service or provision requested and may be disclosed to third parties only if necessary for this purpose.

 

DURATION OF DATA RETENTION

Users' personal data are only stored for as long as it is strictly necessary to provide the user with the requested service and are deleted immediately thereafter, without prejudice to any further storage requirements provided for by law. Users' personal data will not be disseminated.
Users are requested not to provide data falling into special categories of personal data (e.g. data revealing health or sexual preferences, racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, etc.). In the event that the Architects become aware of special categories of personal data through messages sent by users, will refrain from processing such data and will promptly proceed to delete such data. The Architects do not process personal data of minors, and please contact us if there is any doubt regarding data that could relate to a minor, and investigations will be carried out to remove data relating to the minor.

 

COMMUNICATION OF DATA

Within the scope of its activity and for the purposes set out above, Architects may make use of services rendered by third parties acting on their behalf and in accordance with their instructions, as data processors. These are parties who provide the Controller with processing services or instrumental. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD

The data may be transferred within the European Union, if Architects its suppliers are based or have their servers in such countries. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union.

 

Rights of the data subject
In your capacity as a user, you have the right, with regard to your personal data:
- to request access to one or both of the Data Controllers (Art. 15 GDPR)
- to obtain rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR “Right to be forgotten”), limitation (Art. 18 GDPR)
- to obtain them in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format (Art. 20 “Right to data portability”)
- to exercise the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
- to withdraw their consent to processing at any time (Art. 7 GDPR)
- to lodge a complaint with the Control Authority (Art. 77 GDPR)
